All orders are shipped through USPS and will include a tracking number at the time of fulfillment. All U.S. order over $100 will be shipped at no charge. For all other U.S. orders, USPS economy shipping is $8 (5-8 business days). USPS express shipping (1-2 days) is $49.

Deliveries reach residential customers by the end of the next day. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET for same day processing. If you order after 12 pm ET your order will be processed the next business day.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

If your package is lost in transit please email alie@collectique.co so we can file a claim for the package. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
