RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love everything you receive from Collectique, but sometimes thing just dont work out.. and that is quite alright. We understand!!

so If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear

Include your:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will provide next steps.


Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale items, accessories, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return
