Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Collectique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Collectique is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
